Privacy Policy

We collect account information (name, email), workspace configuration (company profile, team roles), and operational data you import or create (business filings, leads, drafts, call notes, outcomes).

That data is used to operate the product: ranking, drafting, approvals, follow-up, and reporting for your organization. We do not sell tenant data. Tenant records are isolated by organization with row-level security.

AI providers may process prompts you generate (classification and outreach drafts) under our processor agreements. Do not paste policy numbers, medical details, or other sensitive personal data into notes or drafts.

Marketing website analytics

On our public marketing site (makocore.com), we use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site—for example page views, navigation paths, and whether forms or booking flows are started. PostHog may set cookies or similar storage in your browser for this purpose. We use these analytics to improve the site and our go-to-market, not to sell your information.

The signed-in product at app.makocore.com does not use PostHog. Cookies there are used for signing in, remembering your workspace, and preferences such as language or theme.

Websites we host offer AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) a way to prepare a cart or a booking request for a person. To keep that safe from abuse, we log each automated request and each time a prepared link is opened or sent: the time, what was asked and whether it was allowed, the assistant it claimed or proved to be, its browser identifier, the referring site, an approximate country and region, and a scrambled code made from the IP address (keyed, so the address itself is not stored). The business whose site it is can see this activity and block callers. We keep these details for 90 days, then only daily totals.
