Privacy Policy

We collect account information (name, email), workspace configuration (company profile, team roles), and operational data you import or create (business filings, leads, drafts, call notes, outcomes).

That data is used to operate the product: ranking, drafting, approvals, follow-up, and reporting for your organization. We do not sell tenant data. Tenant records are isolated by organization with row-level security.

AI providers may process prompts you generate (classification and outreach drafts) under our processor agreements. Do not paste policy numbers, medical details, or other sensitive personal data into notes or drafts.

You may request export or deletion of your workspace through support. We retain audit logs as needed for security and incident review.
