Terms of Service

By signing in you agree that Mako is a human-governed workflow tool. AI may classify businesses, suggest contacts, and draft messages. People at your organization must approve outreach before anything is sent.

Mako does not bind insurance coverage, determine eligibility, or provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for how your agency uses public-registry data, contact details, and outbound communications, including applicable advertising, privacy, and telemarketing rules.

Publicly accessible records are not the same as permission to email, call, or text. Suggested contacts must be confirmed by a person. Sending from Mako stays disabled until you and Mako explicitly enable it.

We may suspend access for security incidents, tenant-isolation issues, or misuse. These terms may change; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
