Your data is walled off by business
Every record in Mako belongs to one organization. That separation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security, and again in our server code, so one business's data is only ever visible to that business's team.
Your data is used to run your workspace — ranking, drafting, approvals, follow-up, and reporting — and stays yours.
A person approves every message
AI in Mako classifies, prioritizes, and drafts. A person on your team approves before anything is sent to a customer or published under your name.
Edit an approved draft and it goes back for approval, so what goes out is always what someone said yes to.
A record of every AI draft
Each AI output is saved with the model that wrote it, the prompt version, the information it was given, and every correction a person made. You can always see how a draft came to be.
Clear business rules run before any AI step, and every AI answer is checked against a strict format before Mako uses it.
AI providers
Mako uses leading AI providers to prepare drafts, under our processor agreements. We pick the right model for each task and can switch providers as the technology improves.

Secure sign-in and forms
Your team signs in to app.makocore.com with two-step verification available, and every connection runs over encrypted HTTPS.
Public forms on Mako-powered sites use bot protection and rate limits, and what a visitor submits goes only to that business's team.
Your systems stay in charge
Mako connects to the tools you already use — your AMS, CRM, calendar, store, and website — and they remain your systems of record.
Mako runs on Vercel, Supabase, and Google Cloud, which encrypt data in transit and at rest.
